Beatport is a great platform for purchasing the newest releases in dance music that I enjoy Dj'ing. I have also had great customer service by customer service advisor Cory, in resolving an issue with an MP3 wave not displaying in my CDJ equipment! Highly recommended on all fronts!

My query was dealt with quickly with no problems at all.

Santi was not only straight away very helpful, but also very friendly and empathetic. I felt my issue was taken seriously throughout the whole process. This is how service should look like in my opinion :)
