A great platform with a great customer service experience on the back end. I had a request that the customer service rep went over and beyond to accommodate for me. I forgot to add a promo code for a 80 track purchase and they were kind enough to retroactively help me with the promo savings. Beatport has been a staple in my music collection for nearly a decade and will continue to be for years to come.

I recently had an issue with my account during the transition from Beatport, and I have to say, the customer service was outstanding. Pauly was the one who helped me, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He responded quickly, clearly explained the situation, and even provided a complimentary extension on my subscription, which really helped since I had an upcoming event. It’s rare to find support like this. As a DJ, having reliable access to my music is critical, and thanks to Pauly, I wasn’t left stuck.
