Edit; leaving original written review, but updating rating, Bearbutt reached out to me 3 days after I sent inquiries on my missing order and have shipped me the remaining hammock. Original review; My full order was never received, I recently ordered 2 hammocks from Bearbutt but only received one. I haven't been updated about the order in any way after partial delivery. I have reached out multiple times, through contact methods listed on Bearbutts website, but have received no help or update on where the missing hammock is. The products are very good, I wish customer service was a little more reactive.

Great customer Service Could be a little more forward with information on shipping instead of the customer having to reach out but great fulfillment afterwards.

They always have great options and deals going on. I just wish they were a little cheaper, but their products are great overall

Great products at affordable prices. Shipping was fast. I only gave 4 stars because nothing is perfect I wish the sold under quilts too

Great hammock, just didn’t realize they weren’t made in the U.S. anymore. Time will tell on its durability.
