Order was placed on 8/26 with standard shipping. After two weeks, my package still had no updates, unable to be tracked so I reached out with a communication ticket and texted the number provided on the “contact” tab, still without a response in past 48hrs. I am truly excited for this product and understand shipping takes time and delays happen. I am just worried that it has been over two weeks and I keep getting advertisements from Bearbutt team, but no communication about my order since 9/26. Thank you for your time.

Colors bled after first rain.

It took a long time to be delivered and finally got it wrong color. That’s the reason for two stars.

The hammock was sewn with one side tighter than the other making it difficult and not as nice a older ones I’ve owned, quite frustrating.

Shipping delayed by over a week with no update or way to track shipping status. When item was received, only one of the two items I ordered were sent. Customer service is very polite and provided a quick response though.

I ordered a double hammock, and have yet to receive it. A few days later I ordered straps, a fly cover and a rain cover. I have only received the fly cover and the straps. Why does it take you so long to ship the items to me? Truly, I’m not happy. Prices go up and the customer services ho down, WAY DOWN! It’s not just you, but everyone, everywhere!! -hereslinus

My first order had not shipped for over a month so I cancelled the order. After cancelling, my gift card that was used for partial payment, was not credited. I contacted customer service and they said they could not refund my gift card. After a dozen back and forths I was finally able to get back the credit to my gift card. Overall a bad experience.

Still waiting on part of my order from almost 2 months ago, I was told it would ship after the 3rd of January it is now the 21st and I've been given no updates. I have been ordering from bearbutt since it was a startup and have never had this issue
