I’m extremely disappointed
I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received\. I ordered a DMFD RTH compound bow but accidentally purchased the version that didn’t include the sight, stabilizer, and other accessories I intended to get\. I contacted customer service hoping to resolve this simple mistake\. I offered multiple reasonable solutions, including paying the price difference through an invoice, purchasing the missing accessories separately, or exchanging the bow through a local authorized dealer\. I even offered to pay the difference using a discount code I had available\. Unfortunately, every suggestion was rejected, and I was repeatedly told that my only option was to return the bow, wait for a refund, place a new order, and wait another two weeks for the replacement to arrive\. The difference in price was only around $20–$25\. I wasn’t asking for anything for free\. I was simply asking for a reasonable solution and was willing to pay what I owed\. Instead of making an effort to help a customer, the representative seemed unwilling to explore any alternatives or escalate the issue to someone who might be able to help\. I understand that companies have policies, but good customer service means making an effort to resolve problems when they arise\. Making a customer go through an unnecessary return and reorder process over a relatively small price difference is frustrating and disappointing\. **This experience has left a bad impression of the company and its customer service\.** I hope management takes the time to review situations like this and gives its customer service team more flexibility to help customers rather than simply telling them there is nothing they can do\. I wanted to get this situation resolved, not make a big deal out of it\. Unfortunately, the way it was handled turned a simple ordering mistake into a frustrating customer service experience\.
