I order my product and have yet to receive it. Little to no communication with the company. Poor customer service. Unlikely to use the company again, my suggestion save yourself the aggravation and find somewhere else.

Paul, my sincerest apologies! I'm working on getting information on your order this AM and will advise ASAP. I was told your order was shipping on the 14th and I went on vacation on the 13th, returning last Friday the 29th to work. I put on a call to production on the 29th once I saw your order hadn't shipped and am still waiting on answer and explanation as to how the ball got dropped. Very uncharacteristic of us, your order deserved more attention and communication. Be in touch ASAP, you're my highest priority today.

It has always been easy to order just what I need for mailers and I love that shipping has always been included in the price. Also, chat support was very personal and friendly the one time I used it.
