Unclear Turnaround Time
No clear indication when the products I ordered would be shipped. This is the same experience as in previous orders.

Juan, thank you for your review. We advertise that when adding fasteners to our stock P&T folders "Orders normally ship in 24-48 hours". Lately they have been taking 2-3 working days instead of 2 working days which we could list on the website. NOTE - your order was placed on Monday 11/19 of Thanksgiving holiday week and plant closed early on 11/21 as well as 11/22-23. Your order shipped on Monday the 26th after the long weekend. We appreciate your business and will try and do better on letting you know when orders will ship.
