Less than one star
Less than one star. Terrible customer service from beach bound to the airlines. Over 24 hours without our luggage. Having to buy supplies to make it through the day after getting travel insurance . DO NOT RECOMMEND AMERICAN AIRLINES. NOT ACCURATE UPDATES FOR CUSTOMERS.
