Terrible experience; ordered two jackets, no confirmation and tracking number. I sent three e mails asking, no answer. It’s a fake! Aware from buying on that site

The shipping from this site is so slow they might as well used the pony express to deliver it. Took just short of 3 weeks to get a hoodie for a birthday present which was basically ruined because it was so late. 1/10. Would not recommend. Then I sent an angry email just to be told “when it gets there it’s sure to slay”. Gtfoh.

Ordered the beautiful disaster's "reckless truckers hat" and was grossly disappointed. It's not even a real hat. It felt like something you would buy at a cheap novelty store for 5 bucks. Do not waste your time

I bought a long sleeved shirt from them not too long after they first opened. After several times in the washer AND dryer, I still have it and it's barely faded. My last order was a hassle. Nowhere on the website does it say if you're going to have something mailed to a commercial mailbox that it needs to be verified. So instead of my item being mailed out the next business day (Monday), I had to go back and forth with text messages and emails to prove who I was and I was the owner of the credit card, even though I sent them a letter from SSI proving the address. So it didn't get shipped out until Wednesday and I didn't get to wear it to a protest that it would have been perfect for. I get the item and it is CHEAP fabric. There's no way this dress is going to last a year if I wash and dry it. Maybe a year if I lay it out to dry and if I only wear it occasionally... Like once a month at most. Design is beautiful, but they rather make more money than provide quality clothing like they did in the beginning. No more purchases for me. Love the designs and it's a great message, UNTIL you get the the clothing item. I genuinely would have bought a couple of tank tops and other items. But I'm not taking a chance to see if all the other items are also made with cheap fabric. Money, especially now is too hard to come by. I just read other reviews about orders placed before mine. Beautiful Disaster. I am really disappointed in you. You're putting out a great message and delivering the exact opposite.

I ordered a sweater and sweat pants they are warm and comfortable but the price I paid I am a tad disappointed in the material. I paid also for the 2 day shipping I received it five days after they shipped it so that was a bummer. But I will buy more hoodies eventually from them and maybe their purse

First time ordering. I love what the brand stands for but I will never purchase from there again. Ordered 2 tees in XXL because I wanted super loose to lounge around the house. I'm thin. I weigh maybe 110 pounds soaking wet and these shirts fit like a small medium. Yoga pants ran short and snug as well. The water bottle...lol... I'm going to have to contact them because I'm not sure I can wash it? It looks and feels like they decorated it with their stickers. Looks cheap. I'm too embarrassed to leave the house with it. Looks like a teenager decorated it. No offense to teens, but for the price I expected better. The Beautiful "ducking" Disaster purse is ok, but I'm not sure it will hold up. Lesson learned. Never shop from a place that doesn't open themselves up for reviews by customers on their site.

I don't know what happened to this company but the quality has gone to crap, I have ordered MANY pairs of yoga pants and a few shirts and I absolutely loved them. My last two pairs of yoga pants I ordered didn't fit like the old ones and completely fell apart. They have a strict 30 day refund so I had no other choice but to throw the pants away sadly, I also purchased a purse and the stitching is coming out, the zipper is falling off and the logo on the front is falling off. I don't know if they are just trying to cut costs but it really sucks because I so loved their cloths. Booo hiss.
