Because it’s an international shipment, transit times are longer than the typical 2-3 days for domestic orders, and it’s currently scheduled to arrive to you on January 7th. We completely understand how frustrating that can be when you were hoping to gift it sooner, and we truly appreciate your patience and support of our brand and mission.

Hi Liana, we just emailed you. If you check the tracking it shipped right away, but it is stuck in transit because of the Canada Post strike. As soon as the strike is over your package will get delivered. Thanks for your patience and support!

Hi Amy, I am very sorry this happened. The postal carrier mis-sorted a bin and some packages including yours were lost back on July 30th. We sent a replacement order on Aug 12th and when I tracked your replacement order here is what it shows. "Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 2:21 pm on August 17, 2024 in NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV 89032. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package." So it sounds like you should receive it soon. Thank you for your patience & understanding, and for supporting our brand and mission!

Hi Salvo, We don't sell or ship to Italy so I think you must have ordered from a website that was ripping us off. We send an automatic confirmation email when you order, and auto tracking number once it ships. We also have great customer service so there is no way we would have received 3 emails with no response. If you believe any of this is incorrect please send more information about your order, the BD order #, name, date, etc. Thanks!
