There is only one thing they need to fix.... the pockets in the clothes is too shallow and my phone just falls out it's the same with the sweatpants. It's the same with the male owned clothing lines. I just figure we women complain about mini pockets all the time assumed a woman owned company wouldn't play those same games.

Hi Amy, I am very sorry this happened. The postal carrier mis-sorted a bin and some packages including yours were lost back on July 30th. We sent a replacement order on Aug 12th and when I tracked your replacement order here is what it shows. "Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 2:21 pm on August 17, 2024 in NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV 89032. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package." So it sounds like you should receive it soon. Thank you for your patience & understanding, and for supporting our brand and mission!
