Hi Michelle, Thank you so much for your honest feedback, and more than anything, thank you for supporting us through 11 orders. 🖤 That truly means so much to our small business, and we’re really sorry to hear this last experience left you feeling disappointed. We completely understand that our pieces are an investment, and they should hold up well. Threading coming out after the first wash is not the experience we want you to have, and we’d love the chance to make this right for you. Please reach out to our customer care team so we can take a closer look and help with a replacement or solution. We’re grateful that you love the purpose behind Beautiful Disaster, and we’re genuinely sad to hear we may be losing you as a customer. Thank you again for being part of our community and for giving us the opportunity to do better. 🖤
