Response from Beautiful DisasterOct 21, 2025
Hi Sandy, Thank you so much for your honest feedback, it truly means a lot to us. We're so sorry to hear the sizing didn’t meet your expectations. We know how frustrating that can be, and we appreciate you giving us a try. Many of our styles do run a bit fitted, especially in certain collections, and your input helps us improve how we communicate sizing on our site. If you haven’t already, we’d love to offer an exchange. We do provide **free returns and exchanges** to make sure you end up with something that fits and feels just right. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team, we’re here to help and want to make this right for you. 💖
