Kevin White was great and transparent in providing us his assistance in securing our business class flights to Hawaii. He explained the process and was very fast and thorough in responding and answering our questions. He also supported us when weather threatened our return trip. I would recommend Kevin and bcflights, the service and lower fares are well worth it.

Our agent, Ethan Leroy, was extremely helpful every step of the way. I was back and forth about dates and departure cities several times, but he was patient and professional every step of the way. He got me the best options, and was very informative on each one. He worked with us for almost a month, communicating back and forth, because in the middle of planning our trip, the world decided to start falling apart (the war broke out), and he was able to still get us a phenomenal deal via booking directly with the airlines) and even better deals than ones other sites offered us. 10 out of 10 customer service, as Ethan even made sure that he was available to speak to my fiancé about options, whom gets home from work late in the evenings. We will definitely be booking again for our future trips!

My experience with bcflights was excellent. Compared to the previous companies, James Jordan who was my agent was very professional. After giving him all my preferences during our conversation, he promised to get back to me with some options. And he did and based the options on my preferences. Answered all my questions, I was very impressed with his professionalism. He’s smart.
