I worked with Rufus Kennett to book business class tickets to India. He got me a price that was well below what was available online. He was attentive to all my preferences and patient with the numerous changes to itinerary. Overall great customer service!

Horrible travel company. Liars. You can not trust them. No ethics zero customer support.They advertise them selves as provider of discounted business class fares. In fact they use open Jaw tickets which means that passengers who can't make connections will have to buy whole new tickets. Open jaw tickets are the trashy low fare for which this company charges outrageous amounts. Clear bait and switch. Once realization set in. We tried to get out and then come to realization that we are screwed. Never pick up the phone. If did, told me that will get back to me soon, which did not happened till I called there sales team. Never do business with them. Plain vultures.
