For me I've had more issues with quality control than I've had with the customer support, I've had a few times where I tried to contact support and it wouldn't work but half of those times it worked on the right days. I ordered a Noir Classic 2 and the item has like a completely different variant of the one displayed on the website. The beads around the belt were a very dark brown instead of black which was very misleading, along with the fact that the belt had a different design than the one previewed on the website. The logo was vertical instead of horizontal with a B instead of the classic B.B.Simon logo and lastly when I received the belt It seemed like there were glue imprints stuck on it that I had to get off myself and repurpose the leather with a dedicated conditioner. I'm looking to find a way to make the beads darker without looking like it isn't authentic at the moment but as the customer I shouldn't even have to go through all of these issues, which made my experience very disappointing. I'm tempted to get the Lavasan Cuff – Black/Hematite but after that first experience it has me wondering if its a bad idea to do so with the better option being to buy a authentic hematite bracelet from a reputable source. Overall with this review just be cautious what you order from them online.

Took a long time to receive order, got the wrong belt. Still a cool belt but still not what I ordered.

I tried to have a belt sent as a gift to my grandson, who doesn't live with me. There was not any place to ship the product to other than the billing address. I tried to call and got no answer. The email address on the website does not have an @ sign. The company texted me to double-check on the product's sizing so I could text the request to send the gift to my grandson's address. I received an email asking for a picture ID and proof that I lived at the alternate shipping address. I do not live with my grandson, nor does he live with me. I ended up calling and speaking with Emily, who said they will not ship to an address other than the billing address due to fraud. I asked to speak to a supervisor and there was no one else to speak with. This policy is inflexible and paints every customer as a potential criminal trying to steal from them.

I ordered a belt in late November. Had a few exchanges with Customer Service about sizing, then confirmed size by email. I received the belt the first week of January and it is 3 sizes too small and NOT what we agreed to by phone and email. I've emailed 4 times and called 3 times to try to arrange for an exchange...No reply, no answer and no way to leave a message.... What's happening ??? Are they on vacation or shut down?? Their website doesn't advise on any issues other than longer shipping delays due to covid.
