The Staff are very polite
The Staff are very polite, courteous, and extremely helpful. But most of all the products that BBQ Grill has to offer are really great. They have everything needed to help you BBQ a great Dish.

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. I purchased several items from this website and received prompt delivery and exactly what I ordered. I had a few questions about one of the products, and not only got a quick and thorough response, but ended up building a connection with the owner who was kind and helpful. Clearly a well run family oriented operation. Will continue to use them for all outdoor grilling and kitchen related purchases!

Bought my Primo grill from…
Bought my Primo grill from BBQGrills.com and have loved everything we've cooked on it. The grill is a three years old now with no issues. The purchase was easy and delivery was smooth. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Good until you have an issue
Easy to purchase products. However, I had an issue with a grill that did not work properly and was told that there was nothing that could be done. The technician was horrible and rude (in a fake-nice way). It was not until I contacted the BBB and Consumer Protection that I was able to get resolution. I did purchase a replacement grill from BBQGrills and it has worked fine.

Won’t deliver when expected
Ordered July 12 website says 7 to 10 days before shipping called July 25 Told order still not shipped and possibly would be a week or more before it would shipped. We have a lot of other UPS orders in front of you misleading website and no updates.

Great people to deal with
Great people to deal with! There's always somebody available, either on the phone or via email. When we had a little shipping damage on our brand-new Broil King Signet 320 grill, I emailed them pictures, and Ryan, the owner, himself jumped in helping and he added 3 more people to the email group! Robert, Danielle, and Debbie, and one of them always answered quickly. Got my replacement parts for free (as expected) - took a couple of weeks, but I told them upfront that I would not have a problem even if they showed up in 4 weeks. So all good! Big thumbs up to all of you! I can highly recommend getting your next grill from Ryan and his great team! Keep up the great work, guys!

They sent me the wrong product
They sent me the wrong product, and its been almost 10 days and still refuse to return my phone calls or emails to assist with the problem. I wound up just mailing the merchandise back and disputing the charge on my credit card.....STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
