The worst, yes these people are thieves. Listen to the real reviews here that tell you this company is either disorganized or dishonest, you decide. When buying a 1kgrill, both disorganized or dishonest doesn’t work for anybody. We ordered in early December, got the big untrue run around about shipping and we cancelled the order, and now got the email that they are swamped and working on credits/refunds and still waiting for a reply. I filed a dispute with visa after that email and now awaiting an official credit since they give you a temporary credit while researching Don’t wait for them to give you a timely credit. I love how all these emails they send gives me a paper trail of each and every lie they made . Was told grill would ship the next business day. It has been 12. Nobody answers the phone and email support is slow. Do not do business with this fly by night outfit. I'm protesting my credit card charge.

I order a grill on Dec 12th, stated it would be shipped 7-10business days. Now it says it is out of stock. My card got charged, i have called SEVERAL times.. i have email SEVERAL time. NOT A SINGLE ANSWER! I know its busy season but I mean it hard earned money we decide to spend w them. SO UPSETTING, thinking of filing a dispute.

Ordered an item they said was in stock and ready to ship. A griddle insert. Then it said 7 to 10 business days. Now it has been 3 weeks. I have called and left messages and have sent emails. Zero response. Tomorrow I will be disputing with my bank.

I ordered a grill on Dec 2,they charged my account on Dec 3 then never heard a thing from them until I called them on Dec 17. They said they would contact me when they checked with the warehouse.I asked if they could just send a text,email or anything as to the status of my order.The person I talked to said it was impossible to do with the volume of orders the have!As of Dec 27 still have not received order or a correspondence.At this point I do not believe this is a legitimate company,Take Your Business Elsewhere!

I ordered a grill on Black Friday. I received an email with a receipt and then nothing. The week before Christmas I tried to contact someone. It took me two days. Finally someone answered. She said she would get back with me. Never did. I don't know what happened to the grill I paid $3700 for.

Do not buy from these people. It is a scam. Have received the run around for over a month from the so called CEO Ryan. Always an excuse about why he can’t even provide my tracking number. Because it doesn’t exist us why!! These people are terrible and should be licked up.

Slow to ship. Shipped incomplete order. Will not confirm when remainder of order will ship. Customer Service just gives response, "I will send a note to shipping" " Sorry for the delay ". Been three months , and after numerous phone calls & emails, still do not know when the remainder of order will ship.
