Barbeques GaloreReviews of bbqgalore.com

Absolute brutal service and BBQ Galore in the NW Calgary location needs to improve. Timothy our "sales guy" has been promising a quote since we visited the store last Saturday. It's now Friday and still no quote... we called on Wednesday and he promised by the end of the day he would have some numbers, still nothing. Apparently, Timothy is too busy to bother with quoting a patio set, umbrella and fire table worth $8000. We will shop elsewhere based on this lack of service and follow through.

Single worst customer experience I’ve had with an online store. Ordered something, never arrived. Went back and forth with their customer service and took over 2 months and raising a dispute with my bank to get a refund

Buyer Beware! I ordered three Wildfire cabinet doors two years ago from BBQ Galore. Two of them arrived in new condition with plastic protection on the black doors. One arrived without the plastic wrap on the doors, which were dirty and had a blemish in the finish. This was obviously an open box/used/returned item. I called BBQ Galore to see if they could do anything about it. They said it was way outside their policy period so they couldn't do anything. They said that since it had been so long, how did they know I didn't remove the plastic protection sheets. My fault for not opening all the boxes to check the product when I received them. Shame on BBQ Galore for shipping an open box/used item for which I paid $600 (for the one door). Lesson learned - open all your packages when received to check for damage or used products since BBQ Galore doesn't always ship new product when the customer orders new product.

Best store I've been to for barbeque grills and accessories. Customer support was helpful and prices are very reasonable.

Purchased a new unit to replace an aging BBQ Galore built-in; shipping information was sketchy, but unit did arrive in good condition and seems to be a good BBQ. I have called at least twice and left messages asking about the covers they sell for this unit and have yet to hear back from them - guess they don't want me to spend more money with them... Really disappointed. Update 11/4/24: got tired of waiting for a response so called one of their 'stores' (that can't ship anything to you) and spoke to a very knowledgeable person that was able to answer my questions; downgraded their rating to 1 star.

Spent 5k on a new griddle, very poor communication, very poor follow up, very poor customer service after the sale. Was suppose to install today but came & “dropped off” griddle…. 9 weeks after I was told would be installed. Buyer Beware

We bought a Fire Table and Patio Furniture. Pamela D was absolutely fantastic in helping us and made sure everything was perfect, including the delivery. The delivery team were also excellent!

Had the product i needed in stock, when other companies did not. It was easy to order, and was shipped immediately. I believe we ordered on Tuesday, it arrived today. Happy customer
