bbobbler.comReviews of bbobbler.com

Working with Nancy and Alice was a pleasure. They worked to get the bobble heads as close to real looking as possible. My son and grandson were very happy with the results. I highly recommend this as a fun gift for anyone.

Very responsive to questions and gave me an opportunity to make changes to the bobble head. It makes for a fun gift and looks amazing! Would recommend this company!

Bobble head was appropriately made and the time from production to shipping was quick! I received regular updates and they were very accommodating. Definitely recommend their services for future bobble head creations.

Bbobbler was great to work with. I was looking for 14 custom bubble heads (based on pictures) for gifts at a leadership summit. I am in Canada and only had 2 weeks until the event. Within minutes of placing my order, someone emailed me with confirmation that they received the order and to ask a few questions. She warned me about the timelines and asked if we could add anymore time which I couldn't do. There wasn't enough time to have a test done for feedback to ensure they were accurate, but they sent us the first order within a week so we knew how close they were getting it. The remaining order was sent shortly after and we made our event. The biggest surprise for me was having someone email me at every step. I always had someone I could reach out to with questions which made me feel much safer with the order. The 14 bobble heads looked great, very similar to the pictures we sent. I am very happy and would not hesitate to order from these guys again. Especially under a time pressure.

I am so pleased with the quality of my custom made bobble head. You are kept informed along the way of the progress and then shown what it will look like. You can make changes or add details before they bake it. I added little details like tattoos, and writings on hats. It came out beautifully. I have since bought 3 and will be purchasing another one for my husband. Great Christmas gifts. This company does quality work.

Timely creation and step by step engagement

Excellent communication from Iris! She really delivered on the details for the doll and gave me what I asked. I had originally ordered from an Etsy shop that turned into an epic disaster. That shop owner was not listening to any requests or details. Iris was the exact opposite and gave great customer service!

I was kept in constant contact thru the entire process of creating the bobblehead. My contact, Nancy, made sure all changes had my approval before proceeding. When shipping was a bit on the lagging side, Nancy checked in to ensure the package remained in transit. I'd recommend this company and my contact.
