This cash is based on sales but there's a catch
This cash is based on sales, so naturally I asked what happens if sales drop. They said they can (not will) lower the payments. Reality is... they will do it for a few days and don't care after that. It took me a year and a lot of legal expense to get this addressed. Finally they are paid off.

Hello Tim - after discussing your cash flow issues with you, we reviewed your statements and proposed an adjusted remittance "SLOW PAYMENT" plan that aligns with the percentage of revenue we purchased, considering your reduced revenue. We sent you the details as discussed via email and initiated the reduced plan to comply with our contract. However, shortly after the slow payment plan commenced, you defaulted on our contract by putting a STOP payment on our ACH authorization and engaging with a debt consolidator. You signed the POA with Fritzson on March 21, 2025 not even a week into our reduced payment plan.
