We are very sorry that you feel this way. We have requested that your account manager give you another call today! Our goal is to provide healthy sustainable funding and great customer service to all of our merchants! Our records indicate that your account manager at BIG has contacted you at least 6 times via EMAIL and at least 3 times via TEXT MESSAGE in the 4 weeks since you were funded by us, to check in with you and see how the business and advance is coming along.
