BB Cute StoreReviews of bbcutestore.com

Tried to cancel order minutes after ordering, never heard back and order went through. Tried several more attempts and still have not heard back. Last attempt was this morning.

I ordered the cat sleeping bag bever received it even had insurance on the order this store Is just a scam

Like everyone else, I ordered in June, 2026, and have not received anything. They showed an incorrect shipping address. I have written 3 times with NO reply from BBCute. What a scam. Time to go to the credit card company and get my money back. Also, time to file a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission).

Don’t buy from this site. False advertising poor response. I irchase the claim cat sleeping bag and the item that came was paper thin not the large cuddly item as advertised. I contacted them for a refund and 4 weeks later still no response. Absolutely scam do yourself a favour and avoid

Total rip off ordere cat sleeping bag got some cheap cloth bag which has since been put in the bin company wont respond to email

I ordered one of their cat sleeping bags for my granddaughter June 14th. I have received nothing from them. I have emailed them several times and have heard nothing back

I also ordered the big plush cat sleeping bag. It is nothing more than a sheet sewn together. No fluffiness no arms to wrap around you. Just a piece of crap. Do not buy from this company. I have seen other review on the store site glorifying this item. They are obviously fake reviews.

Seems like deceptive advertising, do not buy from them. I ordered two Fluffy Cat sleeping bags and paid over $100. What I received are two flat cat sleeping bags. The description of the product shows and says “Ultra Thick Lifelike Plush Fur” but there was no fur at all, just a flat sleeping bag made out of very thin materials.
