If I could rate this company a negative -10 I surely would. False advertising, false discription, false product. I ordered the giant cat sleeping bag for the little girl next to me, as she was having heavy chemotherapy for bone and blood cancer. I got it so she could be cozy when at home when she felt the horrible side effects and just curl up and be comfy, while also giving her a much need boost in spirits. This company sent me a 5 foot piece of cloth, no stuffing, no plush interior and exterior just a flat piece of cheap fabric with a poorly stamped on design. We need to boycot these foreign companies, China etc. for false advertising and theft of money under false advertising. They are truly a despicable company that preys on people expecting to get the product described and shown on the ad. Never, ever again. I requested a refund, but i will likely have to absorb the loss. Dishonest theives and con artists.

Complete scam, ordered a sleeping bag from them and the product sent to me is nothing like the advertisement. There's literally 0 "fur" it's 1/3 the size and is basically just an oversized t-shirt they send you. Don't bother wasting your time and money on this scam. It also took months to be delivered for essentially something I could have probably made for less money.

Totally false advertising. Don't waste your money. They are just crap cheap bags that I didn't even open. Can tell this company would not honour returns. Be warned

Company falsely advertised my fluffy sleeping bag cat. Video shows plush full cat like sleeping bag, what I received was a coloured sheet with a picture of a cat.

This is a total scam! Starting with the website not allowing the address to be completed - would not allow me to use a Florida address - could not override NY. I backed out of the order but since I had indicated that I was going to pay with PayPal- they changed the address to my home and ignored my multiple emails to either cancel the order or correct the address. this was a gift for my grand daughter's birthday in Florida but now that I have the package I would be embarrassed to send it to her. IT DOES NOT RESEMBLE THE PICTURES AT ALL. IT SHIPPED FROM OVERSEAS and once it got to the US the package only weighed 1 lb 3 oz so it is nowhere near that size that they advertise - especially with the packaging that shows it being delivered in a huge box. I am going to file a dispute with PayPal since they do not respond to me at all along with the pictures of what they advertise and what is actually received.

The company can improve by being honest and forthcoming. I want to return an item I am being ghosted. I have sent three emails. I am leaving this review. My name is Veronica Norris and Brookville Indiana and I do not care for companies that do not operate in good faith.
