Frustrating
For our couch, shipped as 3 boxes. Opened it, aired everything out so cushions would inflate. After assembly noticed these things: 1. The largest pillows are tough to form, they take on a weird shape. 2. The smaller pillows all have zippers and from just leaning on them, the zippers are busting open. Looks like they'll eventually fail and will have no way to repair them. 3. On this review page, I can't navigate from service to product to give a review on the actual couch, so had to do that here
