Went to buy the rifle and was told there was a mistake in the pricing, no trying to right the wrong. Even after I had gotten the email that I could not cancel the order, I get a follow up email saying BattleHawk canceled the order due to pricing mistake and then that was it. No trying to right the wrong. My hopes were high,excitement was roaring within, just to be told to kick rocks without any action to try and make up for the let down. I have purchased multiple items of this site and for them to cancel my order ( that I couldn't even cancel at that point ) over a pricing error without any accommodations is eye opening

Ordering was easy, the products were delivered in a timely manner and in good condition. I will use Battlehawk in the future for my ammo needs.

Never received my package FedEx left my package on the ground at somebody else’s mailboxes in the picture they sent. On 6-11-2026 I’ve tried to contact battlehawk Armory since 6-12-2026 no one has answered my calls or my emails. I called FedEx. There’s nothing I can do only the shipper can make the claim so I’m out $400 at the moment.

Long as you like what you got they're good business to do with they got decent prices but buy something and need some help for want to return it because it doesn't function correctly all in there they won't help you at all fact you need to look at their return policy you buy anything other than a damn weapon you better buy it somewhere else they have no customer service

I ordered 2 items, they sent both items separately and i only received 1 item. I emailed them repeatedly and texted, No reply for over a week. then i was told its marked delivered, deal with it. i will never buy from them again.

They are the worst at whatever they do. I made a purchase from the website, they took my money, waited 3 days to tell me the item is not in stock. Blocked my text when I asked them to delete my account. They are not to be trusted, fake and beyond their capability to run a business. They suck.

I am not able to review the product because I had to return it. Reason being that your website indicated that it was OK for Illinois so I purchased it. Once my FFL received it they called me right away and told me that I would have to return it because it was illegal for Illinois! I called to return the product and was charged for the shipping and a restock fee for a purchase based on the information on their website. Bad first impression for a first time customer and probably a last time customer. I asked for them to at least waive the shipping or restock fee and was told they make no exceptions to their policy. I too make no exceptions for bad customer service.
