Same as all other negative review: - Poor quality product - fragile buttons - Very bad customer service - Waited 5 months, received a broken controller, sent it back to get fixed. took 1 month. Broke again within 2 days. - They just want your money, and they don't care if you have a working product or not.

I've ordered a custom PS4 controller for a total of 180$,I took 7 months for it to get here. It worked for about 6h before the left joystick gave out. Not only that but for the delivery, return and import fees I ended up paying another 109$, none of that they refunded or warned me about. Terrible product even worse customer experience.

Ordered extreme tension c40 module, arrived very quickly. Superb packaging of module, arrived safe and sound. Will be using Battle Beaver Customs for all my c40 upgrades 😃 Rob.

Amazing controller, ordered a custom gamecube controller with tactile A, B and Z buttons, shortened L trigger and snapback adjustment. Feels great to play on and was cheaper than a controller chaos controller that has less mods on it.

My son ordered a custom GameCube controller from this website and we never received it. The package shows delivered but, it was never delivered. I contacted customer service to find how they can help my situation and they responded telling me to wait a few days to see if it showed up. I waited a few more days to see if by some luck the package would show up, and it didn't. I contacted customer service again by email because they have no contact phone number listed anywhere, they responded over 2 weeks later telling me they can't help me and I need to contact the post office. Obviously, I did this the first day the package showed delivered and wasn't. They offer no mailing insurance on their website and expect the customer to figure it out if the package is lost. My son saved up for months to buy this controller, and now has nothing to show for it. I would highly advise finding somewhere that offers better support than BBC.
