Controller build times are absolutely abysmal, ordered a controller in march it is now a day away from may and my controller still has yet to even ship. Will not buy from this company again

I ordered a custom controller from Battle Beaver in June 2025. Unfortunately, I never received the order. According to the tracking information, the package was returned and the delivery was never completed. I contacted customer support multiple times asking for a refund, but the only response I received was an offer for a 50% discount code instead of a proper resolution. After many months, the issue is still unresolved and I am still waiting for a refund for an order that was never delivered.

Awful service came faulty and had to pay £30 to return it and a 15% deduction, so really I just gave the company 90£ for free.

So I found and ordered a battlebeaver, waited the 10 to 12 weeks, used it for about 2-3 months and stick drift, back button stopped working, trigger was getting stuck and not working properly. Sent the controller back paid to have it fixed as well as upgraded... waited another 10-12 weeks, recieved my controller and not a month later... stick drift.. $420 into a DS4 about 24 weeks of waiting, used it for probably 12-16 weeks and its garbage... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
