bought the oddesy battery for my 20 road glide, when it showed up it looked wrong, i called and you told me it had to be mounted sideways, and i needed adapters, so my bike is down in prime summer time for a extra week and now i will have doubled the battery connections, twice as much to go wrong. will not be doing business with you again

While all of my "Battery Tender" jumpers come out of the box working well, they don't last more than eighteen months. Because my sustention is, at least, once a month, every month; and, ,not as an emergency unit, I have given them the benefit of doubt for longevity. When I attempted to purchase a fifth one, directly from Deltran, they sloughed me off to a retailer called Batter Mart. While using the first anything I have purchased by mail, I discovered a non-functioning unit. Because of this, I would have been completely in the dark during the May sixteenth blackout; that is, had I not found a "shake and shine", plastic, Eveready flashlight, my wife had left in a kitchen drawer. I sent the item to Deltran and it came back still not accepting a full charge. Only time will tell, if the non-performance issue continues. Do not rely on past experience with any product. Test them, on receipt, and you won't find yourself in the dark, as I did.

Didn't ship right away, doesn't hold a charge long. Don't waste your money. Battery was for an HP laptop.

Battery was bad it cost me $12.12 to ship the battery to via UPS. I was sent a defective battery and it cost me money. I am trying to NOT make Amazon purchases. I purchased another battery (from Amazon) while I was waiting to hear back from BatteryMart. The battery was $20 less than what I paid. I knew this when making the initial purchase from BatteryMart but I was trying to support businesses other than Amazon. This same issue with Amazon would have cost me nothing. I would have received the new battery and probably not have to ship back the bad battery. But if I did, I would have been provided a postage paid label. So, a customer must spend money to receive a refund. Maybe this is one of the reasons Amazon is taking over the world. That $12.12 that I had to pay for a defective battery is a story I tell frequently and unfortunately, I will never make another purchase from BatteryMart. Perhaps BatteryMart should consider refunding postage if the battery is deemed defective? UPDATE 12/26/21: Company has refunded the shipping cost. Thank you.

Placed order on 4/27/2021 and no products to date.

Placed my order on 23rd August but have not yet received my battery. I have not received a reply to my 2 emails. Very poor service

They are not 5 star, I bought 3 little watch batteries, charged me 6.95 in shipping. Now that isn't that big of a deal the fact it took two weeks to arrive is. I could of went to many other places but I assumed because they were called battery-mart they would be better. NOT if you want to wait two weeks for your order go with them
