The Ryobi replacement battery did not fit My Ryobi hp496 cordless drill. The Battery No. on the battery is 130269014. This battery is no longer available at RYOBI. The connection point (battery) has blades and only two are used for the drill and charger. The closest battery that resembles the connection point was a 7.2 volt battery that I found online, however, a 9.6 volt is required. Thanks for your help.

I ordered two power drill batteries that were delivered to the wrong address. The address from our sold home somehow populated under the ‘ship to’ section of the purchase order even after I unchecked the box that stated billing is same as shipping. I payed for overnight shipping. In all fairness, I ordered on behalf of my husband and the order receipt was sent to his email address. I didn’t catch the mistake until I tracked the package. I called to settle the matter and not one representative could assist me. One rep. placed a fake order to verify my claim and saw what I was talking about. He could not admit that I was right, More time was spent validating the credibility of my story than finding a way to resolve my case. No one has yet to address my issue and I’m without two batteries. They suggested I buy two more batteries from them. They even went as far as to contacting the real estate agency that sold our home and asked if an agent could pass by our sold home to see if the package was out front. Who does that’s?! I’m never doing business with Battery Mart again.

When shopping for a motorcycle battery, MADE IN THE USA caught my eye.$112.00 was average for the battery . After 10 months battery failed , and this was the shortest life battery that i have ever experienced. Called battery mart and i was told to send batter back and they would put it thru a series of test. if it was bad ,they would send me a battery for 94.00. if not bad i would have to pay for shipping for return. Very disappointed in customer service as well as poor quality of USA MADE battery. took battery out of bike and had tested at AUTO ZONE, and had bad cell. I will buy a new one locally so i get better WARRANTY if needed and for less money without the HASSEL

Went to battery mart in Martinsburg wv got good service ..i don't know about there online service but you can tell that the good reviews are absolutely written by battery mart hope there service gets better
