Did not receive all of the items I ordered. Towel rack was not the size advertised and I will have to return it.

Hi Michael, we are sorry for the inconvenience. It is difficult to pick which dimension we advertise. We know you wanted 32"center to center on the mounting points. And the towel bar is 32" from outside to outside. Obviously somebody wanting to fit the towel bar in an exact space would similarly be upset with us if the we advertised the center-to-center rather than the outside-to-outside. It is for this reason why we make the product drawings available online on the product page. Secondly, we do offer 30-day returns to ensure peace of mind when ordering. We will certainly look into the shortage of items on the order as there is no excuse for that. Thank you. The Bathroom Butler team.
