Amazing customer service.
I can not say enough about this company. They went over and above to make sure my grandson received his catchers gear in time for Christmas. He couldn't believe his eyes when he opened the present. Thank you Bat Flip Shop for making this the best Christmas ever.

Great experience
Great experience. I was able to pre-order my son’s bat during Black Friday. Even though it wasn’t promised before the holiday, it came yesterday. My son will be thrilled since he wasn’t expecting it until after the new year.
