The service was very good. We received the item fairly quickly. The only complaint I would have is the price. I actually found this same item a little cheaper on other sites, but no biggie. I’m very satisfied with the overall experience.

Batflipshop does it again! More kudos to my new friend from California - Steve. When Steve was having difficulties getting my helmet from the manufacturer, he took it upon himself to send me a different helmet in the meantime to protect my melon. Then, the helmet I was waiting for magically turned into a new bat, thanks to the generosity of Steve. I can't tell you how great it is to receive such excellent customer service.
