It just works. And it makes sense that it works.
Prior to Miss Megan’s program we were unable to sleep train our daughter because she vomited within minutes of us leaving the room. In order to prevent this we spent months taking hours to put her down every night and almost a year where we had to co-sleep. It programmed her to depend upon us for sleep and though we knew she wasn’t getting the proper sleep programming she needed, we didn’t know how to re-train her after a while. Miss Megan’s program fixed this within days. Our daughter learned to self soothe and she tapped into her natural ability to put herself to sleep. The problem was that we were getting in the way of it by interfering by “putting her down.” Miss Megan’s program taught us all the proper way.
There’s no question it is worth the investment and time if you are having difficulty getting your child to sleep. Our lives are improved and we now have hours back in our day that we didn’t have before.
Now our daughter looks forward to nap and sleep time. And so do we:)

Totally changed our lives
Our daughter was a great sleeper for 2-8 months old, provided we rocked her to sleep. Then overnight, she changed. Sometimes it would take 2 hours to get her down, and she'd get up multiple times a night. Even if I wanted to do CIO (I didn't!), I couldn't because she would vomit after less than a minute of crying, then hyperventilate for literally the next 2 hours. I tried the Ferber method, it didn't work. From 8-12 months we brought her in our bed, but she still took forever to fall asleep and would wake in the night. At 12 months we moved her to a floor bed, and I had to basically go to bed with her at 8ish and sleep with her because she'd usually be up in the dead of night, often for one hour, but sometimes up to 4 hours. It was pure hell, and was affecting my ability to work, to go anywhere or do anything at night, etc. Finally at 21 months we decided to hire Miss Megan, who I’d learned about from Yelp before I even had my daughter. I had zero confidence that this would achieve any of the goals she promised; I was just hoping it would either reduce our endless bedtime routine, or reduce her endless wake-ups in the night. But 7 days later, she was going down in 1-2 minutes and had learned to chill even if she couldn't fall asleep for a while. Naps also. After the program her nighttime sleep quality steadily improved, and last night she slept almost 12 hours, playing quietly until I got her out of bed. Game changer. My colleagues can't believe it, after 21 months of me complaining about this. I appreciated that this program is all about responding to your child, not ignoring them – teaching them how they can soothe themselves and trust their parents will help them if they really need it. It reprograms their sleep associations so they ultimately only need verbal reassurance, if anything. Megan was also super helpful in giving us real-time guidance and other parenting tips. Definitely plan to work with her again soon when we tackle potty training. If this program can completely work with my daughter, I'm fairly certain it can work for any kid. Our nanny is still in disbelief that this is the same child.

Luckiest Mama Finally Gets Sleep!
I was lucky enough to stumble upon Miss Megan's yelp reviews (more than 50 of them, and all 5 stars believe it or not!) on a night that I was just fed up with my son not sleeping through the night and waking up multiple times per night. I was desperate after not having slept a full night since before my 28 month old was born. I needed the help badly. So in one spontaneous phone call alone to her, I felt fully confident and empowered that she had the answers and the skillset to help my very active but sweet boy. We were going to start training in her sleep center, but then the CoVid-19 lockdown began. So instead, Miss Megan set up a group on zoom and coached myself and a group of parents on how to get our kids to sleep. It was lovely. What I loved the most is that the approach is not a cry it out approach, which was important to us... and just like magic, after 7 days of a systematic process that is proprietary to her, my son was in his big boy bed, sleeping through the night! Something he had NEVER EVER EVER done. Her method is kind, and her approach is very supportive. It builds the child's trust in the parents, and it literally took only a week and the whole time he felt safe and loved, and knew mommy and daddy were right there if he needed us. She gave us the tools to respond 100% without having to feel like we were ignoring him. In addition, Miss Megan gave us support in other ways (like in my son's picky eating, appropriate toys, and potty training). I would say to you to call her! She WILL help you understand how to make your child sleep through the night in very little time.... and will support you all the way. 7 days and BOOM! He is now sleeping AND NAPPING too! without any issue. We are forever grateful to Miss Megan and her method.

My child was a pretty decent sleeper…
My child was a pretty decent sleeper before. It generally took 15-30 minutes for her to fall asleep. Now bed time rolls in and I'm out of her room a minute later. It has given a lot of time back to my evening.

Extremely effective!
Surprisingly effective! By most standards our daughter was a great sleeper. Slept through the night at 3 months, and has kept that up since. She needed a story and maybe a couple lullabies but we'd be out of her nursery within 15 minutes. When she hit 16months she started getting her molars in, also we both started to work from home and be with her 24/7. I think the change in routine disrupted her because she started to need lots of rocking, stories, cuddles until she was asleep before putting her down. On a good day, it was maybe 15minutes, on the bad days an hour. On average it was maybe 20-25minutes. Still way better than most kids. I wasn't sure we needed a sleep consultant. We're so glad we did it. From day 3 of training with Miss Megan, we'd be out of the bedroom with no tears within 5 minutes. Now, it's maybe 1. We went into it thinking that we'd get back those 15 minutes and reset to before the changes. It exceeded all our expectations. I highly recommend this to parents of even good sleepers. Now when we say bed time she comes and gives us a kiss good night, turns off her light and puts her head down as we walk out of the room.

Best decision ever.
Before Miss Megan my wife and baby were awake most of the night. She would get up five times a night and it would take hours to get her to sleep. I ended up sleeping in a different room. Needless to say our nights were terrible and my poor wife was a zombie during the day.
Enter Miss Megan. Her program saved our sleep, sanity and marriage. I wish we’d have done it sooner. Now our daughter sleeps through the night and goes down for naps with no fuss. It was a game changer and the best decision we’ve made.

Twins now sleep! Happy Dad =)
As a dad of twin girls, it had recently been a struggle to get both of the girls to bed at the same time. This training was structured very well and built on the fundamentals learned each day. Miss Megan helped us to get a better understanding of what the girls are feeling/thinking as they are still less than 2 years old and not able to communicate clearly which made the techniques very practical and sensical (after we had learned what was actually going on). The training and techniques to get them to bed have been so helpful and were very easy to learn and follow. With both my wife and I following the nightly steps and techniques, we have turned what was once a long (45min to 1 hr at times) and frustrating process, to putting them to bed in less than 10 minutes. They also seem to sleep better/longer and wake up happier which is a win-win! Miss Megan provides great feedback and really helped us along to realize our dreams, earlier every nite ;-) I was skeptical of the training initially, but it has turned something that was a long, arduous struggle into something that we all look forward to. Thank you Miss Megan!
