Batelle Sleep SchoolReviews of batelle.com

Miss Megan is absolutely wonderful with babies and kids. Our one year old daughter has been in her home school for a few months now. While she was always a good nighttime sleeper, Miss Megan helped her develop the skills to choose to take naps, in her crib, with minimal fuss and on a reliable schedule. She’s happier and so are we!

Miss Megan’s method is different from any other method out there (especially if you aren’t willing to have your baby “cry-it-out”) and it truly works! Megan is an amazing person who is dedicated and caring of her clients. She helped coach me virtually on her method and how to get my 13 month old to sleep through the night in her crib. Before Miss Megan, my daughter had to be rocked to sleep every night, woke up multiple times a night demanding to be picked up from the crib and refusing to go back in unless we rocked her to sleep again. My husband and I were exhausted and desperate, but still unwilling to let her cry all night alone in her room. We were thrilled when we found Miss Megan. By implementing her method our daughter now goes into her crib wake and puts herself to sleep. She rarely wakes up throughout the night, and if she does, she goes back down with a simple mantra. If you have any doubts about her method, don’t! It DOES work if you put in the work!

I found Miss Megan through a referral from a friend when my daughter was 16 months old. The previous 16 months consisted of 2 hour bedtime routines, nursing to sleep, and wake-ups every 2-3 hours. I begrudgingly accepted this to be our normal and didn't even attempt any type of traditional sleep-training, as it wasn't something I was comfortable with. With no exaggeration, my daughter was sleeping 12+ hours straight after her first night with Miss Megan. She truly has a magic touch that allows children to feel completely comfortable and fully trust her. I was extremely apprehensive about the entire process, but watching Miss Megan interact with my daughter and seeing how gentle, calm, and comforting she is made me quickly realize that I made the right choice. Miss Megan also provided me with so many valuable parenting techniques that I use throughout the day with my daughter and have really helped me to become a better mother. She has allowed me to directly see the benefits of conscious parenting and taught me how to communicate more efficiently with my daughter. She provided so many useful recommendations in regards to activities, toys, books, and even TV shows for children. I am a more confident and patient parent because of her. To this day, she is still available in the middle of the night if I ever feel like I need guidance and her support is priceless! We'll forever be indebted to her :)

Miss Megan, you are immensely passionate about children and extremely gifted with them as well. She can calm even the fuzziest baby with ease and brings calm to the parenting process through her personalized coaching. I have known her for almost a year, and as a father myself, I have found her methodologies to be respectful to babies and children and the utmost sensitivity to their emotional well being. You will be so lucky if you can work with her for your parenting concerns. I know she will help you to achieve your goals. Worth every penny.

Megan did an excellent job of sleep training our 2yr old. A vast improvement to our quality of life, Megan was instrumental to organizing and implementing a cohesive strategy that brought our daughter’s regiment into focus. Megan was always available to answer our questions, during, and well after the scheduled process. She was patient with us as we learned her process and explained her reasoning clearly. We owe her a debt of gratitude for her help and would readily recommend Megan to any of our friends and family.

Miss Megan’s methods are gentle, effective, and can be taught to anyone, anywhere. I had my concerns about sleep training, but it was the best decision I could have made for both my child’s health and my own as a lack of proper sleep can take its toll on both the physical and mental well-being of children and parents alike. My older child who is now 6 was not sleep trained still struggles with falling asleep on her own and staying asleep, whereas my 2 year old who was sleep trained at 1 by Miss Megan has been a great sleeper since she taught us her gentle, simple yet effective method. Prior to the sleep training lesson, he was waking up every two hours, just as my older child had, so Miss Megan quite literally changed my life!

We have a 2 year old daughter that struggled with sleep issues for at least 1.5 years. Prior to working with Megan, we tried multiple sleep books and methods and even engaged a sleep consultant, all to no avail. I heard about Megan and how successful her approach is from colleagues who worked with her and decided to give it try. We could not be happier with our experience with Megan. Within a week of working with Megan, our daughter began to successfully sleep without tears or drama. Importantly, she now sleeps throughout the night on most nights and on occasions when she does wake up, we are able to put her back to sleep quickly. Megan’s program equipped us with very effective skills and tools that gave us confidence and clarity to deal with the situation. She has also stayed available throughout the process to answer all of our questions. We started with the sleep training for nights, but we recently were also able to implement her program for our day naps. I would highly recommend Megan and her program. It really worked for us and changed the quality of our family’s life for the better.
