The Batelle approach saved our lives. Miss Megan's method is not only effective, but caring and respectful for the baby. The team held our hands throughout the process and gave us the confidence to teach our 5 month old how to sleep through the night. Thank you Batelle!

Tale From a Skeptical Dad
I’ll tell you first hand, I am as traditional as it gets when it comes to raising our son. So, when it came to getting him out of our bed and training him to sleep on his own I felt Cry It Out was best. Who knew (not me) that as soon as I put him to sleep, he would wake up 1hr and sometimes as soon as 10 min later, leaving my wife and I with less than 3 hours of sleep!!! So we tried the CIO Method. It was very emotional for my wife, and most of the time it didn’t work. She ran across Batelle on IG and wanted to try it. In so many words, I was very very against it. I didn’t think that anyone could understand what we were going through, let alone do the things they promised! But they offered a money back guarantee. So, who was I to deny by them the opportunity to fail, or so I thought. Fast forward to now, my son is 8 months old (completed sleep school at 6 months) and he went to sleep on his own in his crib tonight in less than a min!!!! If you’d asked me 3 months ago, would I pay that much for sleep school I would laugh hysterically in your face, but ask me today and I would pay double. The rest and quality time ;) you get back is priceless. I love miss Megan and her method!!! I recommend this Sleep School to everybody!! This is the best method out there!!!!

Dreams do come true
Batelle Sleep School is truly unparalleled. We thought it was too good to be true that our baby would sleep through the night and go down in under five minutes after two weeks but after many sleepless nights decided to give it a try. The Miss Megan Method changed our lives! By night 3, our son was sleeping through the night. No more night feeds, no more pacifier, no more rocking to sleep for 30 minutes. What was even more exciting was to see how well rested he was after waking and how comfortable he felt being in his bed. Sleep school took the anxiety out of nap time and bedtime and gave us the tools we needed to get through future sleep challenges with calm and confidence. We could not recommend this program more!

A tailor-made sleep training experience that is worth every penny
We found Batelle and Miss Megan after three months of sleeplessness. Our two year old previously CIO sleep-trained son stopped sleeping through the night. He needed us to sit in the room until he fell asleep (up to an hour) and he would wake up 1-4 times a night. Despite not sleeping, he would still wake up at 530/6am every morning. We did not want to go back to CIO—as a toddler it didn’t seem fair and we wanted a method that would offer some flexibility.
Let me preface this by saying that we tried two other very pricey sleep coaches prior to finding Miss Megan. The first one we used when my son was 4/5 months old to CIO asleep train since I was going back to work. The second we used when my son was just over a year old. CIO was miserable and though we stuck it out, every time he fell sick or we traveled, we would have to repeat the process. The second sleep coach claimed to use a “softer” method, but really it boiled down to CIO with checkins. Both coaches clearly had a script and if a child didn’t fit the box, all they could really do is say “keep at it.” While it eventually worked, it wasn’t sustainable or pleasant.
I was skeptical when we found Batelle, but quickly realized that Miss Megan and her team are different. A few things set them apart:
1. Miss Megan understands children. She has developed an amazing system that children understand and LIKE. She teaches you how to talk to sassy toddlers, accommodating their feelings, while setting firm boundaries. While sleep is the primary purpose of Miss Megan’s programs, we absolutely took advantage of her entire system. It all works together.
2. Miss Megan has simple tools that help children (the “hug” sleep sack and the hatch).
3. Miss Megan tailors her approach to your child. You can see how her recommendations vary depending on your child’s unique fears, abilities, and progress. It took our son a little longer than expected to get the hang of sleep school once we left the room. She took the time to figure out the source of his anxiety and either she or someone on her team checked in with us. Miss Megan works harder than anyone, often replying to texts in the wee hours of the morning.
4. Miss Megan and her team will stick with you until your child gets the hang of it. Unlike other sleep coaches, who will literally “drop” you after a period of time, Miss Megan is vested in your success. Miss Megan will even walk you through travel.
5. Batelle has done an amazing job structuring a support system with other families that will gladly walk through their own experiences.
All in all, five stars and money very well spent for a toddler who now sleeps through the night for 11+ hours until 8AM (never did that with previous rounds of sleep training). We’re going straight to Miss Megan with our next kid!

Amazed at the results
A severe case of reflux affected our son from age 5-10 months. As a result of the treatment (feeding small amounts every 3 hours) and his refusal to drink anything from a bottle, he had formed some very tough sleeping habits:
1) Expected to be fed every 3 hours
2) Could not fall asleep if he was not actively feeding
3) Co-slept in bed with his mom
4) Loved his pacifier
At the 9-month mark, we tried to 'Ferberize' him...but gave up after one night because he got so upset it activated his reflux and he vomited everywhere. It was a bad experience for all of us. So we just lived with it...and were tired all the time. That is when I found Batelle Sleep School. We were skeptical. But we decided to give it a try.
Over a two week period, the Batelle sleep team patiently taught us the Miss Megan sleep method. His major sleeping obstacles were adressed one at a time and to our surprise, all were solved. Two weeks later, our little boy is sleeping 10-12 hours at a time, in his own bed, with no night feedings, no pacifier, and can be put to bed by either parent. It is a true miracle.
That being said, my wife and I had to work very hard to absorb all of the information, attend meetings, and follow the process. If you are looking to pay someone to sleep train your baby for you, this is not the place. You will have to do the work. But the Batelle sleep team will guide you every step of the way. They respond immediately to questions and offer real-time advice/guidance 24 hours a day.
I will also tell you that at first, it feels very daunting. After the first 7 nights, I was beginning to think we had the 'exception' child that just was not ever going to get with the program. We were tired from doing all of this work and the results were not evident to our untrained eyes. But the Batelle sleep team kept telling us the signs of progress were there. And then, all of the sudden, it changed for us on night 8 and he began to improve quickly.
I cannot recommend Batelle Sleep School enough.

Life-changing & worth every penny
We found Batelle sleep school when our daughter was 8 months old. We are so grateful and I wish we had found Batelle sooner! We had tried several other programs and baby sleep was dominating our lives. Our daughter would only sleep with or ON me. This left very little time for anything else. We were nervous about paying for another program, but the money-back guarantee made the risks feel lower. We were fully supported through the entire process. Our daughter made amazing progress very quickly. There were tears, but we never had to leave her side. My favorite part of the program is that it teaches compassionate consistency in our responses to her. I felt like she was learning from the start! And having 24/7, real-time support & guidance was the game-changer. Within the first week, our daughter was falling asleep in her own bed within 5 minutes and slept through the night just before her 2 week "graduation!" We also love the flexibility the program affords, meaning that we can still co-sleep, but that is a decision we can make as a family, rather than out of desperation. This program (and Miss Megan and her phenomenal team) is life-changing and worth every penny.

Batelle Sleep School came into our…
Batelle Sleep School came into our lives when we were on the brink of total despair, after waking with our son every 45 minutes to 2 hours through the night throughout the entire first 4 months of his life. We were exhausted and at a loss as to what we were doing 'wrong'. Feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about how to comfort him while instilling good sleep habits, 'Miss Megan’s Method', a trust-centric approach, was the exact guidance and support we needed. The Batelle Team made us feel safe (and normal!), helped us craft an action plan for tackling night wakings, and gave us strategies to implement that fit within OUR specific parenting preferences, while we waited for him to reach the 5 month mark to start the official sleep program. We are so grateful to Batelle for being our saving grace during those challenging weeks!

Skeptic turned believer
Six months into being blessed with a beautiful baby girl, we found ourselves drowning: working full time, raising a baby & toddler, and getting very little sleep. Our little girl would not sleep unless with me, often using feeding as a means to sooth. Nighttime would be a struggle which eventually lead to unwanted cosleeping. Naps were next to impossible unless she was nursed to sleep and laying on my chest. Our daycare provider was constantly asking how to help since our daughter was not napping for her and crying most of the day from being overtired. One night while on my 3rd or 4th nurse and browsing the internet at 3am, I stumbled upon Batelle. In a moment of desperation signed up for the free consultation. Not knowing what to expect, Gigi was very helpful in explaining the sleep school process and answering any questions we had. After the call, my husband and I took a leap of faith and decided to give the two week program a try. At first, the program seems a little strange since it’s different from the norm but if you really give into the process you can see the positive changes quickly. Some nights were more challenging than others but Miss Megan and the Batelle team were available 24/7 for support and help throughout the program. Now, just over a week since sleep school ended, our daughter is sleeping 12+ hours at night and taking two solid naps a day in her crib! If ever, you are struggling with getting your little one to sleep and don’t want a harsh CIO method to sleep training, Batelle is a must. The cost of the program may seem a little steep at first but worth every penny to have a good nights rest and continued support beyond the two week program as our daughter grows. We would absolutely recommend Miss Megan’s method to all of our friends.
