!! Honest review to follow! My baby had never been a good sleeper. He was colicky and cried nonstop for three months. I slept next to his bassinet and when he outgrew it, I tried to put him in his crib, then a floor bed, and eventually gave up and shared a bed. When he was 9 months I was exhausted and tired of buying guides and products that weren’t working for us (it’s SO different for every baby), so we bit the bullet. He actually started in June but after repeating the third step for three nights they asked us to come back for the next session because we suspected he was teething. That was frustrating—when is a 9 month old NOT teething for a full two weeks? But between sessions I was able to meet with their feeding specialist (night weaning has been the hardest part) and they helped me come up with a plan so it didn’t feel like time wasted. I was extremely nervous, but we started back a few weeks later. He had rough moments but within a couple of nights I could totally see it working. I will say that I managed this process on my own and I don’t know how it’ll work for my husband to take the lead, for example, but there were live workshops for things like adding caregivers and sleeping while traveling, etc, after you finish the first week. Speaking of week two, I didn’t have to enter my baby’s room at all after our bedtime routine and before I woke him up in the morning—a few times he didn’t make a peep for 11 hours! And I will absolutely say that it is HARD. For the parent, it feels like boot camp for the first few nights. But it is SO worth the effort and the price tag! Truly, I’m sure I spent just as much on influencers’ PDF guides and midnight “miracle product” purchases before we stumbled upon Batelle. The custom-tailored care my baby and I received through sleep school and that I trust I’ll receive throughout their five-year promise is invaluable.

We came to Batelle in total desperation - our 16 month old son was a terrible sleeper. He was awake multiple times a night and each wake up took us at least an hour (sometimes 2-3 hours) to get him back to sleep. We were all absolutely exhausted. We tried everything - including the cry-it-out method and hiring a pricey sleep consultant. Nothing seemed to work for us and we were at our wits end. The Batelle program has been amazing. I love how gentle the method is - nothing similar to cry-it-out. The support is absolutely incredible. We started to see results very quickly, though it was definitely a tough process. After just two weeks our son now falls asleep independently within 5 minutes, no crying or fussing and sleeps all night! We are absolutely thrilled and would highly recommend this program to any family struggling with sleep.

This new company meets & exceeds my expectations. Everyone was very accommodating & helpful and this routine has changed our lives for the better. My son is now sleeping in his own bed through the whole night 11-12 hours regularly. I appreciate the help whenever you need it and Batelle staff always try their best to figure out everyone’s situation and tailor make a program for them. Now there were a few hiccups which is expected with a new company- like not receiving our box with the sleep sack on time as well as some miscommunication logging on when requested to do so. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this program and believe it can help a lot of people if they follow the steps exactly as laid out by the staff

I recently assisted a member of my family who has a 9 month old baby over the first week of the Batelle sleep school. On the basis of what I experienced, I have rated it very highly for the following reasons. Firstly, the programme is very cleverly designed and makes highly effective and smart use of a combination of verbal visual and physical techniques which will, in one form or another, be familiar to anyone who has ever tried to persuade a baby to adopt a more "parent friendly" sleep pattern; and e-resources such as webcams, baby monitors, white noise night lights, Apps and Zoom based webinars. Secondly, the programme was extremely well delivered; and the information and guidance which Batelle provided both before and over the two weeks of the school itself was laudably clear and user-friendly. Finally, and most importantly, the quality, level and, above all, responsiveness of the real time support which Batelle's staff offered was invariably helpful and, at times, quite astonishing.

Thanks to Battelle we were able to get our son to sleep from a process that took us almost 2 hours to as little as 10-15 minutes.. it's for sure worth the $ .. Just the fact that Battelle is there for you 24 hours and guide's you step by step is a great help to get you through this journey the least stressful possible .. Our baby hit some serious regression at 4 months. He started waking up twice at night for a feeding and in the morning would wake up at random hours. I was tired and in the verge of depression (lack of sleep is no joke as we all know). I did not want to try any method that made my baby anxious or left him crying for hours, it just didn’t feel right. The struggle was real, until the day my husband found Batelle. There is so much good stuff I can say about the program, but here are the 3 things I love the most: 1. Throughout the entire process I am continuously building a foundation of TRUST with my baby. Which positively translates into other areas of our relationship. 2. There are specific steps to follow. And the team is a text away if we need them. 3. The progress is measurable and if there are any setbacks there is a clear solution. This is not an easy process by any means, but it is worth it. AND all the work you put into it definitely pays off. Today is our last day with the program (we started 2 weeks ago) and it takes our baby 5 minutes to fall asleep and he no longer wakes up for night feeds 🙌🏻 Cheers to 12 hours of sleep. We can’t say enough about Batelle- we exhausted all of the variables that we thought we contributing to interrupted sleep of our 6 month old. He was never a great sleeper but after 3 months, he was waking constantly at night, sometimes every 45-60 minutes throughout the night. We were exhausted, defeated, and still knew we didn’t want to do a CIO method. After working through all the possible variables of why his sleep was so challenging, we knew it came down to him feeling safe and secure in his own bed. Batelle not only understands this about creating a safe sleep space, but they understand parents are also coming into the program tired, frustrated, emotional, and even desperate for better sleep. Our little one clicked with the program right away when I had doubts about his capacity to sleep independently from the beginning. Each night he made progress, and by the end of sleep school, he slept 12 uninterrupted hours straight!

We are currently on day 10 of the program. Our first night, I gave up and co-slept. My husband couldn’t stand the crying as neither of us are cry it out people at all! The support team is incredible and really helped me not give up. I started over the next night and it’s been incredible since. My son has taken to this method quickly and the best part is that I never have to leave him to cry. Instead you are taught the correct way to respond to their cries. My son is currently sleeping 11-12 hours a night and most nights has fallen asleep in 20 minutes or less. I’m still in the program so there are definitely things we will work on refining, but for the most part…glorious sleep is happening in my house. My only criticism if you can even call it that is I’m not a huge fan of the Hug in regards to mobility. That being said they will give you the option to use a sleep sack and you can eventually wean the Hug out of use. All in all, I’m so very impressed with the program. It is incredibly detailed and thoughtful. You get high quality materials to work with. The staff is genuinely interested in helping your child and family. They lead with empathy and compassion which is EVERYTHING!! Love Batelle!!
