We turned to Batelle in total desperation. Our son had once been an amazing sleeper. But suddenly when he turned 3 he started waking up in a panic every night after only a couple hours of sleep. We tried everything but nothing could get him to calm down except letting him sleep in our bed. We thought it would pass. But two years later he’s 5 and in our bed every night. So when I read about Batelle I desperately wanted to believe it would work but secretly thought our 5 year old was simply too accustomed to sleeping in our bed. And simply too frightened to sleep on his own. It was too late and he was too old. Eventually, after his little brother began to follow him into our bed, we signed up and figured might as well give it a shot before total surrender to sleeping every night with two kids in our bed kicking and squirming. Right off the bat I was skeptical. I attended the zooms thinking “no way will this work with my kid.” But Batelle did an amazing job very politely and persistently nudging me to engage and “trust in the process” even as I balked about some of the specifics: “a MANTRA played on repeat? Are you kidding me?” In the softest and gentlest possible way, they got me onboard and got me focused. But very, very quickly we saw progress. And after two weeks, a giant leap. And now: total and complete success. Our son sleeps all night through the night *every* night in his own bed after *two years* (ages 3-5) of running — in a total panic — into our bed every single night without fail. My wife and I feel like we have our lives back. I can’t thank Batelle enough. Everyone we spoke to on zoom was incredibly attentive and incredibly professional, I have no idea how the company found these people. But I’m so glad they did. Money extremely well spent. Trust the process.

This was a life changing experience for our family. Our little one was waking up every 2-4 hours at 6 months, and then after some travel ended up in our bed and started waking up screaming every 45 mins to 2 hrs; this went on for two months and we were zombies. I started feeding to sleep because it was the only way to calm him each time he woke up, and I was too tired to problem solve what was actually wrong. Leading up to our start date we were told to consider night weaning (not pressured at all), and this alone helped us start seeing improvements. By night 2 of the program, little one slept 6 hours straight. By the last few days of our two weeks we were getting 8-10 hour stretches with no wake ups. The support offered was incredible, and my best advice is to follow EXACTLY what they tell you to do - those who decide to deviate, put their own spin on the learnings/approach, or fail to be consistent are the ones who struggle. You have to trust the process. The staff is incredible, the group chats really help check your sanity, and the support through the app (as well as the content) was phenomenal. We are three months out as alumni, and our babe is still sleeping through the night. We tell everyone about Batelle - it absolutely 100% worked for our family.

We highly recommend Batelle for helping families work through sleep challenges. Our kid was 3.5 when we lost our sleep routine, and in our attempts to bring it back we ended up with an adversarial dynamic around sleep. My partner and I were completely at a loss for what to do (even though we had hired sleep consultants in the past it didn't apply at this age). Things quickly devolved, and our child was waking 4-5 times per night, needing reassurance and increasing comfort demands. Batelle was just what we needed. We loved that the system could scale support as needed, but the best part was that the plan changed and built at the perfect pace to help rebuild the trust that we had lost and bring us closer to our child. By the end of the plan, we got everything promised from the system. We're now three months past "graduation", and holding steady after holidays, a couple short vacations and a camping trip. Changes to our routine feel less scary because we understand how to work as a team at bed time, with the knowledge of our respective responsibilities around sleep.

Batelle sleep school changed my life for the better and no questions asked it’s the best investment I have ever made for me and my family! I started the programme sceptical thinking my baby is the worst sleeper and will not be able to sleep in his crib let alone doing this independently, after co-sleeping and being rocked for hours to sleep. And yet I was so wrong! Now, after the programme, my baby sleeps independently throughout the night in his crib and we all have so much better quality of sleep and life in general.Throughout the sleep school I never felt alone. The team is fantastic, everyone is so approachable and available at any time of the day and night. The 24/7 support via the camera was a real ‘game changer’ and it worked miracles for us - having someone walking me through the steps I had to follow was unbelievably helpful and I was shocked how effective the techniques were. I took the opportunity of the daily calls not only to share my concerns and debrief the day but also to chat with the lovely team - this really helped me emotionally as well. I cannot recommend this programme more to all the mammas and families out there who struggle with sleep as we did. I won’t lie. When I was researching how to help my baby sleep I was in denial about Batelle. I thought it will never work! I’m going to throw this money out the window and will waste it, by the time I’m done I’ll be even more sleep deprived then I already am! Boy was I wrong. I would 10/10 recommend Batelle sleep school! One month ago my son was sleeping only about 3/4 hours at night now he’s sleeping 11.5!!!! It was the best decision we made signing up for sleep school and an even better experience then I could have ever imagined!!! We are so grateful for everyone involved! We absolutely loved Batelle Sleep School. When we started, our baby was waking up in the middle of the night for hrs and hrs on end. Within just a couple of days, Violet was sleeping all night. Within a couple of weeks, Violet was choosing sleep on her own. The team was kind and supportive when coaching us. I know that we sometimes broke down during those first couple of nights… They were always supportive and understanding that the parents and the baby have limits. When our little one was sick, we were able to pause as needed… Even as I’m writing this, we had to do a full reset tonight when the baby was woken up by the dog and was very distressed… However because of the 1:1 coaching we had for weeks, we knew exactly what to do to help her choose sleep again.
