I am writing this review after participating in the Batelle Sleep School for the past month. After a lot of hard work, we are proud to say that our 20 month old son fell asleep without parent assistance in his own bed and did not wake up once last night! The compassionate and knowledgeable Batelle School staff have been with us literally every hour for the past month to help us arrive at this point. It is worth the investment!

Batelle is the answer to our prayers, our whole family is well-rested and we have two very happy Batelle Babies! We first completed Sleep School with my son when he was 19 months, 3 months before my daughter's arrival. My son had a strong feed-to-sleep association and co-slept with us, naps and nights were brutal and very unpredictable/inconsistent. Going through the program has not only totally transformed his sleep, (sleeps 11/12 hours every night in his own big boy bed) but it has helped in many ways with him being confident enough to take himself to sleep when he is at daycare and tells us when he is tired and is HAPPY to go to bed - No battles! Fast forward 8 months, we have now completed the 0-6 Month Batelle Babies program with my daughter and after 3.5 short weeks, her sleep has also been transformed. The knowledge I gained from the education of the Batelle Babies program has given me the confidence to follow a sleeping and feeding schedule that is tailored and specific to her needs and the fact I have a baby below the age of 6 months also on a 7 pm-7 am night time schedule with only one dream feed feels like a miracle. I'd like to add I breastfeed both of my littles (tandem feed) and my youngest daughter also combination feeds - Batelle is very supportive and inclusive of however you choose to feed your baby. Both programs have been equally as successful for my family, the support you receive is brilliant, and the education and knowledge as a parent is even more valuable. The slower/self-lead pace of the Batelle Babies program I feel is exactly what you need/ is very appropriate with a younger newborn, my daughter suffered/suffers from CMPA, reflux, and colic so we needed to take the journey at a speed that was comfortable and realistic for us all. Sleep school with my son (19 months old) we did complete and achieve our results within 2 weeks. Thank you Batelle team for transforming our lives and making us one well-rested happy family!

Batelle SAVED us! We are so grateful they exist! Our son began this program when he was 16 months old. He was still nursing every three hours, even at night, obviously not sleeping through the night, and didn’t have much structure. And now, he is down to one nurse a day, sleeps through the night, and has structure to his schedule! Batelle gave us so much guidance and support that we felt like we didn’t have before. When we were scared, they were right there with us. And knowing there are other parents going through the exact same thing as us made us feel not alone. We would ABSOLUTELY recommend this program if you are thinking about it. You MUST be 100% in though and dedicate yourselves to the program. You can’t have one foot in and one out. Trust them though, they are AMAZING.

This is the best thing we’ve ever done for our son. I only wish we would have done it sooner. Our son is 18 months and he just had such a hard time waking up during the night at least twice and needing a bottle. It became so difficult for me and my partner to feel like we had any sleep- we were tired all the time. From the first consultation meeting, we knew we wanted to do the Batelle method- we didn’t want to let him cry it out. Our consultant was so knowledgeable and kind and understanding. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been non judgmental and kind. It is made the biggest difference in feeling like we are all a team rather than just a person we hired. I felt supported 100% of the time. Now that we’ve finished the program, I am a bit sad. Batelle feels like friends- or part of our family. I hope they all know what a difference they’ve made in all our lives. My son now sleeps through the night, doesn't require a binkie, and no longer needs to eat overnight. Most of all- I feel more confident as a mother to put my son to bed alone and without my partner. I have always felt like I couldn't handle things on my own until now.

Batelle sleep program was life changing for our family. The tools and resources they offer really helped my 3 year old learn the process of bedtime easily. Having the support team available practically all the time was so amazing! That was a really big deal for us - having support especially during tough times makes the whole experience easier to handle. We especially appreciated having the autism specialist available to help us through our individual needs. Bedtime with our little one is still a process but knowing that we have Batelle in our corner makes all the difference! Thank you Batelle!

This is specifically for Batelle Babies since our daughter is too young for the regular program. We started when she was three months and we were both at our breaking point - 45 minute minimum bedtime process where we’d stand and bounce her, up 4-5 times a night, inconsistent naps. Absolutely everything is better now. Lucie, Kim and Emily are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I will say we were about a month in and things were somewhat better but not the results we’d hoped for given the price, but you have to stick it out and it’s so worth it in the end. Go all in on the program and it’s very likely going to work out better than you’d hoped. The method is not cry it out which was really important for me. Our daughter has success now being put to bed by babysitters and grandparents too.

Batelle teaches the parents a method for helping their children cultivate emotional self-regulation at bedtime and throughout the night. Two things happen along the way as you go through the training: (1)the parents learn emotional self-regulation themselves, and (2) you discover that the benefits of the method extend well beyond sleep time and sleep issues. Mastery of the method is challenging, but it beats the alternative (being emotionally disregulated) by a long shot. You also learn all this in a very supportive atmosphere, from caring humans that 'have been there' with their own little ones. All in all, a friendly, effective, profound experience. Thank you!

This sleep program has changed our lives. We went from our son taking an hour to fall asleep at bedtime, waking constantly in the night and me having to sleep with him to keep him asleep to now he is sleeping 11 hours by himself and falling asleep independently. I was barely sleeping before and my mental health was struggling. Words cannot express how life changing this was. Everyone at batelle was so supportive and I felt heard and cared for during a really emotional time for me. It brings tears to my eyes to think how much they have helped me and our family.
