I am beyond grateful for this program. It is structured so perfectly and has just the right amount of support. We can all now sleep more peacefully while giving out child independence and reassuring him that we love him.

Batelle changed our lives for the better!
My wife and I were at a point in our parenting journey where we were completely exhausted everyday. We had tried different methods of sleep training and nothing seemed to work, which added to the frustration. Then after another sleepless night, we did some research and decided to try out Batelle. I saw that they had a money back guarantee so I figured why the heck not, let’s give it a shot. Let’s just say I never had to think about that! Batelles program is so incredibly thorough and well thought out. There is endless amounts of information as well as 24 hour support from an amazing team. I was amazed about how much support they give you. Video support, group calls, videos on how to do the method. Their staff is incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. If you’re willing to put the work in, you will definitely see major results. I can’t recommend Batelle enough. I was honestly a little skeptical at first due to the cost but it is worth it! If you’re a parent and you need help with getting more sleep, Batelle is the program for you! 10 out of 10.

They’re there for you every step of the way 24/7
The first thing I’m going to say is that breaking a habit of poor sleep, especially for a baby, is NOT an easy thing to do. If you had a rough go of not sleeping for a long period of time, like I did- 1yr to be exact- tending to a child who will only fall asleep (without screaming) if you hold them beside you in your bed, tossing and turning all night, 3-5 wake ups and crankiness throughout the day, only to dread the reality that you’re going to deal with this again tonight no doubt… then this is what you need!!!!
My husband and I stumbled upon Batelle in a Google search for how to get your child to sleep throughout the night. Literally Batelle popped up and I immediately started researching what it was all about. Here’s the deal- You will need to have the guts to trust this is best for your child. What I mean by that is that in the moments of sleep school nights when your baby is screaming and your breath is almost taken away at the stress this is causing you both, this is where those guts come in handy. Your inner voice will calm you and you will learn to calm your child through everything Batelle will teach you. Just wait- your child will be so much happier, and so will you as you both need sleep. Developmentally for them, patience and functionality for us, the parent. We all need it!!!
There are several steps. I think a total of 12-14, but honestly, I forget. The first 3 steps, you are practicing with your child “sleep games”. You have to keep a positive attitude bc they will pick up on all of your energy, good or bad!! The 4th step is the most daunting. This is when your child is finally placed in their crib to sleep there, alone (with you beside the crib, on the floor) This is also when the support of Batelle and all of their knowledge come in clutch!! Your child is upset, you’ve changed the routine and they don’t like the change, but you stay the course- could take all night. Our son pulled my hair for maybe 5 whole minutes like a maniac! He was screaming and curling his knuckles and toes and this is the kind of upset you’re going to deal with, so it’s majorly important to keep calm… off and on- 2 hrs here, 1hr there… screaming tantrums and very exhausting. But, you have Batelle to guide you! :) There is a camera they can watch you and your child on in the babies room! You text them 24/7 on the app with a question, and they are there. With your permission, you ask them to connect to your camera in the babies room, and they connect and guide you along. For example, I felt like some of the tools that Batelle had taught me were not working. I was confused and my child was still upset. I went into the app, texting about ti and asked what I should do. Meanwhile, my child was screaming in his crib and I felt helpless, but I wasn’t. Within 6 seconds a Batelle rep was responding with an answer and asking if I would like them to log onto the camera. Within seconds they were watching our scenario in real time and guiding me on what to do! This is why we chose Batelle. I found it all to be incredibly thorough, educational in more ways that I expected, and after only 7 days, my child was and still is after 3wks now, sleeping in his crib. He’s 20mo old now and I place him in his crib, give him a hug and say night night, additionally do some things that Batelle will teach you, and I walk out and close the door. I turn on the baby monitor, and he is already lying down, putting himself to sleep. He also sleeps through the night! 7:30- 6:30!
My husband and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. Well worth the money. There is a lot of work for the parents though. You are the one in sleep school! You are the one studying and trust me, the more you study, the more you will Ace this. I actually took notes during and after reading every step. There are videos for those of us who are more listeners and there is written steps for people like myself who are visual and can be easily distracted. Give yourself the gift of sleep!!!! I wasn’t paid to write this review, just to be clear. Found this company on our own, and feel like we chose right. This is the company for parents who want the best for their children.

Highly highly recommend
We entered into this program skeptical that anything would work for our 7 month old. We had tried two sleep training methods and were still dealing with wake ups every few hours during the night. We figured we didn't have anything to lose- the moneyback guarantee was the reason we tried this, and we thought for sure we'd be getting our money back after two weeks. We were wrong- the method is like magic, honestly. The techniques we used were gentle and so responsive, unlike the other methods we had tried. I feel so good about putting my daughter to bed at night and I can tell she is comfortable with sleep too. An added bonus is a major improvement in naptime. Prior to this program we couldn’t get more than two 30-40 min naps per day and now those have lengthened to 90-120 mins each. Can’t recommend this program enough!

Amazing Transformation with Incredible Support
From the very beginning of this journey with the kickoff call, we were greeted warmly and felt instant support. The transparency of what to expect, and then the incredible responsiveness of the team made this much-needed transformation for our son a reality. We definitely went into this experience skeptical, but have been amazed by the results in such a short amount of time. I would highly recommend Batelle to all who need to make sleep a reality for both themselves as parents, and for their little one(s)!

Absolutely worth a try!
Batelle absolutely kept their promise to us to help our child fall asleep independently and feel safe in doing so. In the beginning, I could not imagine that our son would once be able to self-sooth and fall asleep without me being present in the room. Now, he doesn't need a bottle at bedtime anymore, he loves his playtime in bed right before bedtime, and then he's ready to go to sleep, and even ready for me to leave the room. He doesn't cry and doesn't even call for us when falling asleep. He mostly sleeps through the night, and even when he wakes up, he reacts very well to the techniques that Batelle taught us and goes back to sleep quickly.
It took longer than expected as we had some health issues during his sleep training. However, the Batelle team was so helpful to get us back on track, and the hard work has fully paid off!

So much more than sleep school
I came in exhausted wanting to fix a problem, I’m leaving transformed and rooted in a type of radical care that I will use for the rest of my life. This program is more than sleep school, it’s the practice of love.
The team has modeled the consistency and patience with me and my process, that I’ve needed to model for my toddler.
Before Batelle we tried different programs that ultimately used repackaged extinction methods and it never sat right with my parenting intuition so when we found Batelle it felt bashert :)

Gentle and EFFECTIVE!
I was really hesitant to do Batelle because my son (16 months) was not a “bad” sleeper - he slept thru the night easily as long as we were nearby. I wasn’t at a breaking point yet and I felt like we could have kept going doing what we were doing, so in some ways it felt like an extravagance to do Batelle. I also believe that it’s psychologically normal for a young child to want to be near its parents while they sleep, and didn’t want to force something on him that he wasn’t ready for. But when his naps (which for a long time had been fairly seamless) started to become affected and he was not able to go down without one of us rocking him, we were ready to try. I was still worried about the “sleep training” aspect and after speaking to Amy, I felt really convinced this was not as much about sleep training as it was about allowing Noah to feel safe in his sleep space, no matter where that might be, and to make the choice himself to fall asleep on his own terms. It was about developing a trusting and predictable pattern. It was really reassuring. I was still skeptical about how hard it would be and whether we’d be able to go through with it, because the times we’d tried to leave our son in his crib overnight, he’d be completely inconsolable even if we were giving him tons of physical and verbal reassurance and sitting right next to him. I wasn’t sure how we’d ever get him adjusted to his own sleep space without a lot of crying and trauma involved. I know this isn’t everyone’s experience but the process is so slow, so gradual, and so gentle that Noah never really got very upset! I felt like I was always responding to his needs and by the time we were really leaving him alone to fall asleep, he felt so safe in his sleep space that he had no issue with us leaving. It wasn’t easy and there were definitely some sleepless nights for me, but Noah did great from day 1 and it was all really such a positive experience. I never felt like I was having to compromise on my parenting instincts of comforting my child. I am also beyond thrilled to have the ongoing support. I have often felt very alone and conflicted in trying to determine a best path forward with the various sleep regressions, teething issues, etc and now I have a trusted continual resource, which is truly invaluable. Thank you all!
