This experience was phenomenal. The chat and live video support and the resources in the app all gave us so much confidence and encouragement. It’s been life changing for our family to follow our instincts, build a trusted relationship with our coaches and then implement the approaches in a gentle and caring way. Our 18 no daughter went from nursing to sleep and waking 2-3x a night for feeding back to sleep to putting herself to bed and no wakings in just 2 weeks. I’m astonished. And you gave us another gift of having my daughter comfortable with mom or dad doing bedtime which is also life changing and confidence building for us all. Mostly, the personal and kind notes back on chat in moments of challenge were the most impactful for me. Thanks for the kind words, encouragement and gentle nature you’ve shared with us parents who are also on this learning journey along with our kids. Forever grateful to each of you for your time and for sharing your talents and heart across this lovely extended network. Thank you!!

This program strengthened my bond with my baby while giving her the skills to fall asleep & stay asleep on her own
I joined sleep school because my 18-month daughter was relying on me to fall asleep & woke up multiple times per night. Her dad and I would take turns trying to put her back down, and it would end with me intervening and nursing her back to sleep. I could tell my baby was exhausted & wanted to go back to sleep, but didn’t have the skills to do that on her own. As her mom, I wanted to give her better & I also wanted to have some time back for myself at night to study & do chores. I’ve tried other sleep training methods but they left me feeling like I wasn’t showing up for my baby. I needed something that was gentle, empowering, & trusting. Enter Batelle Sleep School.
The foundations stage already met my expectations by introducing engagement techniques that would eventually take over nursing to sleep. I also didn’t have to quit nursing to sleep cold turkey. Olivia picked up on these engagement techniques quickly & it’s almost as if she forgot about nursing to sleep. Getting her to trust her crib was done in a way that made it fun for her and us. Seeing her grow to enjoy her crib through sleep school games & also expect them before sleeping has been reassuring & comforting, and gives us a chance to connect before she goes down for the night.
I signed up for the program at the end of January and just graduated from the program today. Throughout this journey my baby got sick, we had family gatherings, and life happened. This meant pausing the program and having to re-do some steps to get her comfortable again. There are definitely difficult nights and moments I wondered when we would complete the program, but the team has been so supportive and empathetic. From chat support, live calls, and the Ring support, I felt constantly supported as I tried to support my little one.
I’m so grateful I signed up for this program. I’m sure we will hit some bumps along the way, but I now have a toolbox of techniques to use & the resources from the Batelle team to guide me through this new chapter in Olivia’s sleep journey. Every night I am so proud of Olivia for doing the work to get herself to sleep & stay asleep.

This program saved us
This program saved us. We were a bit hesitant about the cost, but honestly I would pay it many times over for what we got. On day 4, our 21 month old daughter slept in her crib the whole night (11.5 hours) for the first time ever, and by day 7 she was able to go back to sleep on her own. I couldn’t do cry it out, and I appreciated the approach of always responding to your child when they need you. The 24 hour help via text was super helpful and we used the video support a couple times. But I was blown away by how easy, quick, and effective the method was. It was truly transformational.

Batelle was very helpful for our baby…
Batelle was very helpful for our baby and for us. It took longer than expected for him to sleep through the night pretty consistently - a solid month - but we did see significant progress within the first 2 weeks so it kept us motivated. We started when our son was about 9 months old and Batelle let us stay with them until he was truly sleeping through the night. He had a few set backs when he got sick 2 separate times during sleep school and they let us extend 24/7 monitoring for the duration of the time. We were adamant about not letting him cry himself to sleep and we really dind't need to. Definitely VERY VERY hard at times - but its nice to know you're always with them when they are crying and the hard work paid off. Our son sleeps so much better and is significantly less fussy now during the day. It takes mych longer than typical sleep training methods, but its worth it if you don't want to do the typical sleep training methods.

10 out of 10 can't sing their praises loud enough!
Our experience, from enrollment to onboarding, was so easy. The entire Batelle team is so supportive. I felt like there was always someone available to answer our questions. The daily calls are great for one-off questions. Not to bury the lead, but our little one was sleeping through the night by day three of the program. Batelle was a life changer!

He graduated 🎓 from Sleep School@
The support team is great. The material was useful and educational. I would recommend this for any child not sleeping well through out the night. Parents the cost is worth the training.

Batelle Round 2
We went through Batelle a second time with our younger son. It worked just as well for him! And I felt the support was just what I was looking for. I don’t think I would have been able to do it on my own.

Our 14 month old took about 8 days to sleep through the night without any wakeups! It’s hard work but I appreciated the fact that it was a journey you took together with your child and built trust and safety when it came to sleep. I also appreciated the fact that you could stay on each step a little longer to feel more comfortable to move on and they were really supportive of that.
