As a mom of twins who absolutely hated sleep, I was hesitant to believe the program would work for us. My girls would constantly wake up throughout the night and it was always a struggle to get them to fall asleep in the first place. After a year of both my husband and I not getting any quality sleep, we decided to enroll the girls in Batelle and the program was worth every penny. Now, they sleep through the night in their own cribs and rarely wake in the middle of the night. We have an entire toolkit available to us to continue to improve sleep habits and deal with any setbacks we may run into in the future. I am so so happy we found Batelle!

Batelle was wonderful. Consistent and enthusiastic support. Reliable. It really did work. My son was waking up every 1 to 2 hours all night long and I was nursing to sleep exclusively. Now we have our 10 minutes of play time before bed and I turn the light off and he goes to sleep. It is has absolutely changed our lives.

Since completing the Batelle sleep school seven months ago, our two year old son sleeps through the night and regularly lets us know when he's ready for bedtime as well as naps. One of my sisters who has two teenagers, keeps saying about our son, "I've never seen a toddler ask for naps or bedtime." When it's nearing his bedtime, he'll say "red time bedtime" and for naps he usually says, "bed" or "take a rest." It's a miracle for my husband and I to have the schedule and routine around sleep we so wanted for our son. What's amazing to see is how much he loves his crib; how much he enjoys playing in it after naps and in the mornings before I go into his room to greet him. One month into the program my other sister noticed how our son's overall behavior improved and how he was eager and ready leave her house as his bedtime approached, so, the following week she signed up with Batelle for her four month old son, and now at ten months, he is also sleeping so well. Having had interviewed three local sleep consultants before signing up with Batelle, we are so happy we chose Batelle, though I had my hesitation about it being a remote program. While the local consultants sought to apply some version of a disguised crying-it-out method, it was the integrative approach at Batelle, focusing on maintaining and forging a strong, healthy attachment between child and caregiver that convinced us to try it. The team at Batelle has been so incredibly empathetic, understanding, and supportive, especially those critical first several weeks when they guided us and answered our questions at all hours of the night. Their gentle, clear, and step-by-step approach guided us in making sustainable changes gradually. Enrolling in sleep school taught us that babies and children can sleep well when they are supported in developing healthy, positive associations to their sleep space, as well as learning that they're always connected to their caregivers via the monitor. On top of that it's so great to have the latest information about sleep at our fingertips via the app and continued access to support in answering our questions should we need it. We love Batelle and would recommend it to anyone seeking sound sleep for their little ones as well for themselves as their caregivers.

We appreciated the full on support from the whole Batelle team. We never felt lost or unsure of what to do especially during the first few days of sleep training. We love Batelles view of supporting your child to sleep vs just getting the child to sleep. I was extremely nervous and anxious to begin however after our experience I highly recommend anyone struggling with sleep for their little to try Batelle!

I highly recommend Batelle Sleep School. This was the best investment and I am so thankful I did my research and signed up. The app, Batelle methods and personal support are just amazing. Within a few days my baby was sleeping in the crib.. with no tears! If you told me that a month ago I wouldn’t have believed you! So thankful for Batelle!

Batelle completely transformed our 1 year old’s sleep and our lives! We didn’t want to do CIO but didn’t know any other option until we found Batelle. The 24/7 chat support was a lifesaver. Just having an expert tell you what to do when you’re sleep-deprived and lost was huge. My son, who a month ago wouldn’t sleep for more than 20 minutes unless he was on me or next to me and nursed to sleep for naps and bed, is sleeping through the night, night weaned and napping 1.5+ hours in his crib. The most amazing thing is laying him down awake and leaving the room while he completely settles on his own. It’s incredible. I thought we were a lost cause. Our family had been struggling to get sleep for 11 months. My son would wake up ever 1.5 hrs to nurse himself back to sleep. Dad could not help because our son only wanted him. We knew we did not want to just leave our son to cry it out and that is when we found Batelle. The process is long and intense but worth it. We followed every step and utilized the 24/7 support and support group calls. Once we completed step 10 our son was sleeping 10+ hrs a night undisrupted. We are amazed and feel like new parents.

The amazing thing about this program is that you will always have their help and support at every challenging stage of your child's life. I now feel more prepared for my next baby to come.
