The product arrived intact, and in a timely fashion. I spot treat areas of thinness - it's too soon to tell if there will be any hair growth - and I use the oil as a pre-conditioning treatment on hair wash days. I've also added the oil to my rotation of facial oils. My skin is very sensitive, and I'm happy to report that there's been no adverse reaction. Meanwhile, I love the "smokey smell", which is hard to describe, but it's quite pleasant.

I started using Batana oil in January this year 2025 and I had some bald spots in the back of my head and on the side of my head because that’s where the wig clips sit, and I didn’t know that it was bald back there so I saw the video on one of the games that I play Candy crush and I finally bought it and it is now March 1 and the hair has grown in on both sides and in the back of my head. So I just received my second bottle. I’m not totally out yet but I didn’t wanna run out. this is a wonderful product and when I email the lady that sells the product, she emails me right back and gives me details. Excellent Product, Stellar customer service. My name is Linda and I’m 71 yrs old. I was watching you tube and the woman has her products called Curl House and she highlighted this product. I have tried other so called batana oil products, they were not real or had something added to it. This is the real deal, my gray mixed hair is softer, so much easier to comb through. I’m so happy I found this product. Yaaay real batana oil! I received in sometime in Jan but didn’t use it right away. My bad!

The product was quick! I wanted to try something and I watched a video where the Batana oil was getting reviewed, the Real Batana. This product was great it made my hair soft and I liked that it can be used on the scalp and hair. The scent is like a caramelize coffee. Overall, it moisturized my hair. I will be buying this product again.

I absolutely love the products I received. Customer service was great, will be purchasing from them from now on. I wish they had a subscription service! Although not sure yet how quickly I'll go through the product. Just absolutely loving it so far. Smells so good and authentic.
