Better care of customers/attention to detail needed.
I'm used to getting info when my order is packed, on its way, delivered. I heard nothing and actually had to request the receipt as it did not come thru via email. I had to go back to the site and do a search for tracking the order to see where it's at, hopefully it will get there when due to, and I think it will but the attention to detail, the little touches are sadly missing and, at AUD pricing which is what mine was from here in Oz - it was an expensive gift to send and not get updates for. BUT the good news is it arrived on time and is huge and he is absolutely rapt so that makes everything worthwhile! Suitably impressed given he never got our cards at Xmas our his normal birthday card, so while the normal USA post is broken, this place repaired that situation in a bigger and better and happier way! Thank you.
