Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sincerely sorry to hear that the cookies delivered to your mother did not match the decorated items you ordered and that the quality and presentation fell far below your expectations. Regarding the cookies, we understand your frustration with receiving plain sugar cookies in place of a specialty decorated set. While our substitution policy allows us to fulfill orders with items of equal or greater value when specific stock is unavailable, we recognize that this replacement did not reflect the spirit or value of your original selection. We also apologize for the dissatisfaction regarding your refund request. We strive to provide meaningful gifts for special occasions like Mother's Day, and we have shared your comments with our fulfillment and quality control teams to investigate how this error occurred.

Thank you for providing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the experience you had with your recent order and for the frustration caused by the condition in which the gift arrived. We understand your disappointment regarding the damage to the shipment. To assist with a resolution, our policy requires clear photographic evidence of the damaged items and the packaging to document the claim. Without these photos, we are unable to proceed with a formal investigation or provide further compensation. We have taken note of your comments regarding our communication and the handling of this matter as we work to improve our service. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Thank you for your feedback, and first, we want to wish you a speedy recovery with your ankle! We are so glad to hear the arrangement was nice and arrived on time for Valentine's Day. We sincerely apologize that the substitution of the truffle sausage left you disappointed. While our terms do allow for substitutions of equal or greater value to ensure your gift arrives by the holiday, we never want our customers to feel dismissed when they reach out. We are sorry if our previous communication felt that way—that was certainly not our intent. We appreciate your feedback regarding the desire for more input on substitutions, and we will share this with our team as we look to improve the customer experience.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the frustration and embarrassment this gift caused. It is clear that we failed to meet your expectations in several ways, from the six-day delivery delay to the quality of the substitutions provided. We understand that receiving grocery-store staples when you paid for a gourmet experience is disappointing. We also apologize that you felt your previous feedback was not heard. We are committed to doing better and are currently reviewing our substitution and fulfillment processes to ensure the items sent match the value and quality our customers expect. Thank you for your honest feedback; we are using it to improve our service immediately.

Please accept our deepest apologies for this experience. We understand that a Christmas gift arriving after the New Year is a significant failure on our part, and we are truly sorry for the delay. Furthermore, the packaging you described—using plastic and rubber bands instead of the promised book box—falls far below our quality standards. This is not the level of service or presentation we aim to provide. We are addressing this immediately with our fulfillment and shipping teams to ensure such errors in presentation and timing do not happen again. Thank you for your honest feedback, as it helps us identify exactly where we need to improve.
