Still waiting. I ordered at the beginning of June, received one email to confirm my order has being packed and ready to be sent out next day. It’s been a week now and nothing from the company. No ability to track either. Very disappointed. Update: I received the package 2 hours after posting this review. I had upgraded to 3 stars, as communication or tracking /shipment details could of been provided or better. I had looked at my order on they website and is still states " These items have not yet shipped". My dog seems to like the cooling mat, I put him on the mat and he is staying on it so far(only been 10min).

Fairly good ship time. Tracking shipment could have been a little easier.

The kn 95 mask l received in the past were individually package and they had foam in the under bridge of the nose which are comfortable for me
