Basics BoutiqueReviews of basics.boutique

I ordered body cream and brush on Sunday 29th June via PayPal and I still haven’t had any emails emails from the company or able to track on PayPal. I need this forgoing on holidays next week. Poor communication and not made aware it would take so long at the point of ordering.

Ordered some face masks and they never arrived! In fact the tracking never went past "Processing". Tried to call them for information but the number they list is disconnected. Tried emailing them but they never reply. I even tried contacting them through Instagram but no such luck. Very unprofessional, please avoid!!!

I was always so happy with basic boutique except on this occasion. I ordered on November 27 and I still haven't heard from them. Not even am I able to track down my order and I even call their number and no one answers. I don't know what's happening.

Still waiting. I ordered mid- July and received two emails to confirm my order had been shipped. It’s been weeks and now nothing from the company. No ability to track either. Very disappointed.

I still haven't received my order.I wish there was a way to track the package.
