I used the ValueSpec service. The file upload process was more complicated than the two other companies I have tried, but I was able to figure it out with the help of the instructions. The price was unbeatable, I got three boards for 24$ including the 8$ shipping. The 6-day lead time was slightly longer than other Companies though. The boards look good so far but they are much thinner than the standard FR-4 boards.

Boards matched gerbers. Quality was good. Inexpensive and delivered on schedule. Boards seemed slightly more flexible than boards from other vendors, but no problem.
