Good, simple platform and pretty quick turnaround. Wish there were more options for shipping. Also wish the website held files/previous orders for easier reordering.

First time ordering custom PCB. It was very easy and quick. Shipped pretty fast and also in the US.

Very good experience overall. Ordering is easy, boards were fabbed correctly in all respects, of good quality, and arrived when promised. 4 stars only because the website has no way to track shipment (though I did receive an email notice of shipment via email, but also without tracking or shipper info).

Fast, cheap, good quality PCBs. -1 star because they don't do plated slots.

Acceptable experience for first timer. As a first timer, I am not familiar with much of the process. I was able to manage through the interface in selecting the correct files for the configuration. I had tried going through the configuration process on a couple other sites which seemed a bit easier to navigate though. I think a bit more documentation would improve the process. The speed of making the boards was acceptable even for my small order. The communication of the shipping process could be improved by sending tracking numbers directly to email or even just putting it on the order status page. I did send an email that was answered that day when I requested a tracking number. I only needed a handful of the boards I ordered so I would have some spares on hand for additional devices in the future. Each of the boards I have used so far have worked without issue.

Basicpcb is great. I have used them for a number of projects over the past few years and they have not disappointing even for odd layouts I would expect to pay much more for. Boards all come out 100%.

Great service and amazing price. And the quality of even the "let them pic the material..etc" boards in good. Most important has been my experience with their timely delivery.
