I bought a 65w charger a few years back and I received an email about a callback trough my original seller(EU-webshop) of the product regarding certain SN-numbers. Reached out to their custumservice (in the US) and provided them with the requested information and it was just smooth and easy. This is how a customer support should work. The contact was easy, to the point, polite, and the replacement product got here (Belgium) in no time. So I would like to say deal with this brand in confidence! My experience with them have shown me that, not only that their custumservice is amazing, this is a company that stands behind their products.

I bought a powerbank for laptops in 2024. This year I got an email which daid that there was a problem with my model with a certain SN. After providing proof that I have such a powerbank, I received a new one free of charge! This is what I call Customer Service! Excellent!

Everything arrived promptly and worked well except for one PicoGo battery pack. Two worked great, one wouldn’t wirelessly charge a phone. Baseus customer service was easy to work with a provided a functional replacement.

I got a pair of the Bowie Bluetooth earbuds. Got them promptly and am really enjoying using them as they sit comfortably over my ear and allow me to hear my surroundings. How could I go wrong with something called Bowie! Anyway, decided to get a pair for my husband. Unfortunately this pair I never received. Customer service asked me to check around the door and with neighbors and then to give it a few more days. But when I got back to turn with still no package they promptly sent a new pair. Great and very respectful service.

Beautiful ear buds which stay in place whille I work out. the design is elegant and so easy. I'm not very savvy with electronics, but it was easy to connect to blue tooth and the sound is amazing. I can hear music while still hearing birdsong and runners behind me .

The power bank and cord were perfect for a gift and they arrived quickly. Highly recommended!

My original package was stolen, requiring extensive email correspondence. Baseus replaced it free of charge. They responded within their promised 24-hour window and were caring and communicative throughout the process. I purchased the Baseus Eli Sport 1 earbuds and have been very satisfied with them. They're a great product. from my personal experience.
